A 37-year-old man from Seattle said he was robbed by a cab driver after he was picked up at 2:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 29 by a man driving a red taxi.

On the afternoon of July 17, an employee at the Chipotle restaurant at 210 W. North Ave. was exiting the public bathroom when he realized that he had left his phone in the stall. Upon re-entering the bathroom, he found that the phone was missing, and proceeded to question another man who had been the only other person present at the time. The man, later identified as 37-year-old Barry Benton, stated that he had not taken the phone and then fled as the employee searched the bathroom.
