The woman said a week earlier the man was waiting for her in the parking lot behind the apartment. When she refused to talk to him he allegedly told her he would kill her and cursed at her. The day before, on Thanksgiving, the man also threatened to break the woman’s car window. The victim said she is afraid of the offender and believes he is going to hurt her.
