The man watched what he believed to be an unmarked squad car drive past, after which point he heard one of the men yell something before the group approached him.

One of the offenders took out a gun and said, “Give me all your money,” to which the driver complied without hesitation. The men left and the driver went on to deliver the food before contacting the police.

Police presence u say? Get real. Cuts have hurt the CPD and they are not everywhere anymore. More money needs to be donated to CPD for more police. They need more help. It is not a fault of the department but the states financial misconduct.
