Cabrini's end, one step closer

The wrecking ball opens a new view as it swings to crush one of the final two 15-story towers of apartments at Cabrini-Green last month.
The CHA recently issued is its final eviction notices to more than 20 families remaining in the untouched tower at 1230 Burling. Remaining families have until Jan. 15 to move on.
