Meet Remy
Remy is a handsome, 3-year-old Shepherd mix. This sweet 60-pound pooch is looking forward to finding a patient, loving new home where he can gain confidence and come out of his shell. His former owner no longer wanted him and brought him to Chicago Animal Care & Control. Now Remy’s been given a second chance at PAWS Chicago. Remy needs to gain some weight and he happily welcomes his meals. He is very good with children of all ages and gets along with larger dogs.
Meet Nomar
Nomar is a beautiful 7-year-old orange cat who lavishes attention. She is very vocal and will chat with anyone who comes into the room. PAWS Chicago volunteers say Nomar is good with both cats and dogs, and that she loves to snuggle. They jokingly refer to her as a “diva” because she demands so much attention! Nomar is hoping to find a family willing to dedicate a lot of time loving her.
If you are interested in adopting Remy or Nomar, please call 773-935-PAWS, visit www.pawschicago.org, email adoptions@pawschicago.org or stop by the PAWS Chicago Adoption & Humane Center located at 1997 N. Clybourn Avenue.
